Athlon 2000+ with 512MB

I have an Athlon 2000+ with 512MB of DDR400 RAM on a Gigabyte 7VAXP motherboard and a Western Digital 120GB drive with 8MB cache. It takes my system about 5 minutes per image, and my typical image is a ~31MB TIFF file. I also ran this on an Athlon 2600+ with the same setup, and it was only marginall...

Athlon 2000+ speed

I know this is an old thread, but....

My Athlon 2000+ with 512MB of DDR400 RAM takes about 5 minutes to process one 31MB uncompressed TIFF image (roughly 4000x2700x300dpi).

I'm SO glad they built batch processing in! :D

RAW files

I think he meant more like a Canon RAW file (CRW), Nikon's RAW format, or some of the more popular camera manufactuers.

Direct support for RAW would be awesome!

If you're looking for a specialized product to do astronomical tasks, check out ImagesPlus. It's not really a competitive product, as it specializes only in astrophotography.

I shouldn't have to resort to command mode to simply overwrite an existing file. Under Options, General, I have the "Allow Overwrite Existing Image Files". Under Job Defaults, I have checked "Auto Save Output Image" and "Auto Delete Completed Job". The problem is that t...
