Re: GPU speed database
I've finally finished cmd script that can be used to run NeatBench5.exe multiple times with different parameters and optionally send results into the results database (CPU, GPU and OS will be detected automatically and sent with results). Limitation: Works for system with single GPU only for now How...

Re: Best format?
I have not tried to find differences. However, I believe it does not mater as the plugin work with decoded video stream. If you are using loosed intermediate video formats, sure you are losing quality. However, it is not NeatVideo's fault. Also, it might be some data loss caused colour conversions. ...

Re: Neat Video creating choppy video
Choppy preview is normal as Neat Video is resources hungry so when applied to event, it cannot be played in real-time any longer. However, when rendered it should not be like that. It should be smooth and clean. You may try to record and show what you are doing. Then people will be able to point out...

Re: Ryzen 3900x + Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
I have not compared speeds of v4 vs v5 earlier.
Just did that and on my system I got +40% CPU (Ryzen 3700X) and +60% GPU (AMD RX470)
P.S. Feel free to submit you results into NeatVideo GPU speed database

Vegas Pro: Crash when Neat Video added to event + track
Neat Video v5 shows critical error message and then Vegas Pro 17 crashes when it is added to event and to track. I know, the situation is silly and this should not be used in real life, however it takes quite some time to realise why VP crashed when I was adding NV5 to track. It turned out that NV5 ...

Re: NeatVideo 4.8.7 -- what's new?
Sure, but if I'm not mistaken, Vegas Pro 17 was added as supported host application in the version (4.8.5 was not appeared in my VP17, but 4.8.7 appeared).
This can be quite important change for someone.

Re: A few feature requests
Thanks for advice. It might be useful for someone. I'm aware about possibility to copy event attributes and using it when appropriate. Unfortunately, it is not always easy to do so as: - By default it copy pan/crop - Some filters cannot be copied. Even more, the copy process brakes the original filt...

Re: A few feature requests
Yesterday I was adding NeatVIdeo FX to a bunch of very similar fragments so I saved profile and setting in files and just loaded them. This helped a lot, however it is possible to simplify the process even more. You can add a dropdown that can be used for choosing latest used items. Items in the sel...

NeatVideo 4.8.7 -- what's new?
I see that NeatVideo 4.8.7 was released sometime ago, however there is no changelog for the version available.
Could you advise, what was changed?
Thanks.
P.S Just curious as I'm having and using v5.

Re: NeatBench 5: CPU/GPU speed test
Thanks for the explanation.
Feature request:
Could you add an option for disabling log creation in %USER% directory?
As I already mentioned, I'm redirecting output into files manually and do not need these logs in user directory at all.
Thanks.

Re: NeatBench 5: CPU/GPU speed test
I see that currently version Neat Video 5.0.3 available. Neat Bench was also updated and the issue with strange characters at the beginning is fixed. Many thanks for that. Could you advice, what are other Neat Video changes since version 5.0.0? (probably it's a good idea to post answer in Announceme...

Re: Tramtracks
> First Deshaker or Neat Video? I asked the same question some time ago (not related to the tramracks). Was told that it does not really matter. Played a bit and have not notice much difference. However, I'm applying NeatVideo first as from my point of view if stabilization applied first, the noise ...
