Vlad,

Yes, I selected "Edit a Copy with LightRoom Adjustments". It was a raw file from a Canon EOS 5D. I made a few adjustments in Lightroom - color and contrast, but it was unmodified other than that.

I tried this procedure, and was quite unsuccessful. I added NeatImage.exe (by browsing to its install directory) as an external editor.
