Neat Video & Neat Image community

I tried to process your image with Neat Image,too. The resulting image in the 'Output Image tab' seems to have been added the 'Dither' effect;It confuses me because sometimes the effect seems to make my resulting image a little noisy again.Especially in the situation I want to 'neat' the image again and again with my special purpose.

How could I analyze the noise of an image named 'noise_1' if neither 'noise_1' contains a flat area larger than (equal to) '30x30' pixels for noise analasis nor there exist any other images produced by the same device producing 'noise_1' too?
