I'm still on a learning curve using NI. I'm very excited by the first results. My question's, I'm using PSE4 to convert my Raw files and general editing, then I use lastly NI to remove any noise. I recently purchased Neat Image and have downloaded to both my home PC and Laptop

Everything works fine with the exception that on my laptop only I have no preset filter options eg Advanced etc. all I have is the default option

can someone please tell me what I need to do?
