Neat Video & Neat Image community

i have post.

i use cs4 at xp sp3 and windows 2003,I get the same error,when i sharpper the image in rgb mode or lab mode (luminisity) , After i used neatimage sharpen image back cs,the cs would pop up error window,then exit cs. please see the error capture image,how can i do? :evil: http://i.namipan.com/files/60...
