Can't find NeatImage in Photoshop CS3 Filter Menu
Hi, I just installed 64-bit Pro Neat Image onto my 64-bit Windows Vista Photoshop CS3 directory. I copied the NeatImage.8BF file to both the "Plug-Ins" directory, and into a subdirectory called "NeatNoiseReducdtion". I quit Photoshop, start, and can't see NeatImage under the filt...
