If you downloaded profiles from our online library, please re-download the updated v8 profiles. Aha! I missed the fact that there now are new profiles available because the page with all the device brandnames ( https://ni.neatvideo.com/download/noise-profiles/ ) did not change and the buttons for a...

V8 not reading camera noise profiles [SOLVED]

I installed the V8 update but it will not automatch the existing noise profiles even if I lower the matching parameter priorities. I have started up the existing V7 and verified it can still find the appropriate profiles. Folder settings point to the right profiles folder. Small issue but would love...

Update to V8

I for one have no issue at all to shell out what is IMHO a very fair upgrade price. I appreciate the fact NI continues its support for Linux and look forward to the next 5 years. NI actually is the only piece of non-free software on my system because it sets a standard for being accessible, affordab...

Just updated to 7.3 (Linux and Windows) +++!

Thanks Vlad and everybody else for making this such a smooth update and for granting one of my wishes; handling 16-bit PNG files.

Great work and as someone else already said in this forum: it does not get any better!

Excellent update but ...

I chanced on it while browsing. Is there a possibility that you would alert existing users to an available update or did you actually do that and I missed it. As a long-time user and lover of NeatImage, I too cannot praise this piece of software too highly. Although I have moved on to a DSLR with be...

Is it 32-bit or 64-bit version of Linux? In the latter case, I would try to run the 64-bit Neat Image. It might be a bit better with fonts. Regarding the fonts, try to revert to defaults and reduce the font size a bit. Vlad I returned to standard settings and reduced fonts a bit without reducing al...

Vlad, no joy. Tried Tahoma and now KDE programs and interface is fine but NI looks like a bit crazy like this (left KDE's KConf fonts section, right NeatImage):

NITeam wrote:Have you tried to adjust the font size in KDE? I don't have PCLinuxOS for direct testing but for example in Ubuntu or Fedora you can adjust fonts in KDE control center and that helps to make the fonts in Neat Image smaller too.

Thanks Vlad, I'll try that and report back.

GUI fontsize under Linux [SOLVED]

I purchased both Windows and Linux upgrades. Both work perfectly fine and I am thrilled to see native Linux support in NeatImage after having run NI under WINE for a long time. Well done! The interface under Linux (PCLinuxOS 2010.12 with KDE 4.6.2) seems to have a few issues with the used font - it ...
