Neat Video & Neat Image community

I just tried repeatedly to download the latest update (7.5) for Mac and could not using Firefox. I could not log in. However, using the exact same log-in credentials, I was able to log in and download using Chrome.

I always seem to have trouble upgrading to the next release of NI. This one is no exception!

I down loaded the Mac PS Plugin and now it says it is running in demo mode and that it cannot handle 16 bit images!

How do I get it back on track?
