Neat Video & Neat Image community

Knew there was an easy explanation.... Luminance slider was set to low.

This probably has a simple answer, but I can see no difference when applying the noise reduction. for example... in the preview box there is nothing updated within it as I make adjustments. when applied there is no difference in the image at all. I am not doing something right!
