Neat Video & Neat Image community

I have a video with shots of San Diego airport on a moderately warm (not hot) day. The footage has noticeable heat wave patterns. Is there a solution for this? I believe there was a setting for "heat jitter" on one of the video tutorials, but I can't find that effect on my new purchase of ...
