Virtualdub/Liquid
It seems as if everything installed properly, and it appears all is well untill I click apply. Then I get a "clip profile not found on Hard Drive" error. Any clues?

moving single frame
I've a bit of a problem. I'm currently cleaning up old VHS tapes. After the clips are rendered, I get a "flash" at random. What it turns out to be is a frame from a random part of the ~clips~ is placed into a different clip in a random spot or within the same clip at a random spot. If I go...

Stutter
I don't think this is a Sony problem. When I clean up darker clips without any transistions as influence, I get a stutter ... flicker that isn't there in the original clip or does it show up with any other enhancements. I tested 3 short clips with a total of 20 secs, and after about 20 frames into t...

VirtualDub filters
I use Neat Video with VirtualDub filters all the time, while converting film, with zero problems. I would suggest you be aware of the order that you apply them.

Problem solved ..
I added a plugin called vdub2rtfx from: http://www.hlinke.de/Home_e/VDub2RTFX_P ... lugin.html
It solved my problem. It renders much faster and keeps the original size while doing an incredible job!

Avid Liquid - VirtualDub
I realize it could be the compression settings, however, I have only one DV (avi)uncompressed encoder, so why would there be such a drastic change in file size? 1mb per frame is a bit much don't you think?

Avid Liquid - VirtualDub
I use liquid for all my capturing and since the bulk of my work is capturing/editing 8mm &16mm films, I think this will be exactly what I need. Here's my question. I capture in DV avi format. As Neat video renders I see each frame is 1mb ... Several seconds is more than a 3min 50' roll of film a...
