I am getting 10% efficiency on Flame.
Does that seem consistent with your own experience?

Flame OFX speeds
Hi I have optimised the OFX plugin, which is giving me: Best combination: GPU only (AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT): 8.52 frames/sec But when I render it's approx 1 frame a second. It doesn't seem to matter if I chose CPU, the speed seems to remain the same. Is there any thing I can do to get better perform...
