Hello. I created a new project with only that MPEG4 clip and Neat Video and it didn't crash.

Hello, Neat Video has been working for me. But now after Windows 11 and the new Adobe Premiere Pro, it's crashing during all my encodes. I remove the Neat Video from my project and the encode works.
