Neat Video & Neat Image community

Right you are, at least about the Presets but nothing in the "Profiles" folder. It's there but nothing in it.

The folders weren't there but I did find the Presets folder in "Users\kenb\OneDrive\Documents\Neat Video v5 for Premiere\Presets\Advanced". But the folder for Profiles is not there.

I just installed Neat Video PR(SR)-Pro in Premier Pro 2023. I launch PP using Adobe Creative Cloud.

When I try to use Neat it can't find the Profile or Preset folders. I've searched my computer and can't find them anywhere.

Any ideas?
