can my result been better when i use an other CPU with other ram memory ? I was thinking about the core I7 4930K cpu ?

I had a nvidia GTX 580 Ti card in the past with core I7 980x CPU. Now i have updated this videocard with a GTX 780 Ti.

I founded it strange that my rendering speed is still the same.

What can be the cause of it ? I unstalled the firmware of the 580 card.
