Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hello all, I have a problem with the Neat plug-in, the problem is when i add/select the neatvideo plug in (4.1) i have a field 720x288. In the video tutorial of Neat the have it about the monitor in full frames. I add my monitor to full frames but the field does't change see screen shots. What do i ...
