FCPX freeze upon apply of Noise4

I had been using Neat Video Noise4.5 successfully. Now it crashes within 2 seconds when I hit apply. FCPX 10.3.3 locks up and requires a force quit. I have tried the plugin on a simpler timeline and that does work without issue. is there a known issue with the plugin? Has anyone else experienced thi...
