The original clip before being processed with NV is also compressed DV avi, so I was just assuming after NV has removed the noise, it still would be the same size. BUt if its normal then its all good

Yeah that is corect, Using VDub with uncompressed DV from camcorder, then using NV filter the output is al,most 10X the original...

Is it normal for a processed dv clip filesize to be almost 10X larger? Example: NTCS 29.97 frames/sec 720X480 DV clip that is 11 seconds long is 41.6MB, then after processing that same file is 347MB
