Why does the Program Monitor in NV For Premiere need to be set to
highest quality? I would have thought the same pipeline that feeds the
video through all the filters would provide appropriate frames for NV to
work with.
Also, does that mean that the PM window needs to be open?

Neat Video in Premier: Performance
What sort of performance can I expect from Neat Video? This is on a high spec machine (2xOpteron 240, 2GB RAM, RAID 0 disks) I'm looking for an answer of something like 1 frame/sec, 10 fps, 25 fps, etc. ie, a ball park given the hardware, not a precise answer - I understand it depends on the hardwar...
