I am trying to upgrade to V3 Pro for Mac. I've bought this program for a few years now. I am reinstalling all my programs after i cleaned my hard drives. BUT its asking me to enter a user name and password to download. I don't remember what i set up, theres no reset option and i cant find the passwo...
