As you probably know Grass Valley have recently released a new Edius 6.5. The release among other improvements includes extended support for 10 bit video processing.

10-bit Neat Video would have been a great addition to the new release.

I'd be extremely interested in such a plug-in.

There are two effects that I would like to apply; Neat Video and Vegas Crop Tool to NTSC SD DV clip. Since this is digitized Hi8 footage it has overscan areas present in the frame.
