I see NV after optimization usually decides to use 6 logical cores of the 8 available on my i7 PC.
For those lucky enough to have a CPU with 12 or more logical cores, does NV utilize these extra cores resulting in faster output?

With respect to Field Order - NV/VirtualDub I have found that if I start with a SD avi clip having Field Order = Upper, the processed clip has Field Order = Lower. Whereas, when I repeated the test with a SD avi clip having Field Order = Lower, after processing it was still at Lower. Am I to conclud...
