solving dropout issues
I was given a VHS copy from an original tape shot in the early 1980's. Unfortunately, the source was played back on a dirty machine and white streak dropouts transferred to the dub. A dropout compensator TBC is useless because these were on the source. The master is gone and I need to make this tape...
