How can I improve the result quality?

Hi! I´ve just purchased the FCP plug in, watched the tutorials, etc...anyway I´ve got a question. I need to clean a short video, just a couple of minutes. But when I try to make a decent profile, I allways get a 25 or 30 % maximum quality. I have no frame with a bigger regular noise area... So....wh...
