The main change is the support for AMD Radeon Pro Vega 56 and 64 GPUs that are installed in new iMac Pro computers. AMD Vega GPUs are now supported on all three platforms: Windows and Linux (since Neat Image 8.3.0) as well as OS X.

The last time we checked Photos, there was no support for plug-ins like Neat Image. We will check once again.
