Hello. I've bought NV2, then upgrade to NV3 and lately upgrade to NV4. I want to redownload NV3, but when i try to log to NV3, impossible, neither with my log/pswd of NV3 nor NV4. Log to NV4 works fine. How can i log again to NV3 download ? Another question : I've got NV4 when out, which was 4.0.0. ...

Is there any change in the noise profible between v3 and v4 ?
Is it worth to rebuild noise profile with v4, or will the result will exactly be the same than v3 if i'm doing the exact same with v4 to build the noise profile ?

I've misunderstood your words, because you descrided only two cases : - nv4 remove less noise than nv3 (which means nv3 produce better result). - nv4 is too agressive and oversmooth (which means nv3 produce better result). If i understand properly your post, either you found that v4 doesn't remove as mush noise as v3 (but what about details ?), either it's too agressive and remove too much details.
Finaly, until now, for you, v3 gives better results than v4, if i understand properly ?

Sorry if i ask again, but i want to be sure to not misunderstood something. If i want to apply only temporal filter, if i'm doing this, is it the correct way :
- Build a noise profile and select it.
- Choose "no filtration" setting.
And start process on video...

If you see that the temporal noise reduction is way too aggressive (even if you disable the spatial filter by setting the noise reduction amounts to 0%) then the most likely reason for that is an inaccurate noise profile. I thought that if you set noise reduction to 0% (like the "no filtration...

My only real criticism of NV is the way fades are handled, it's a wonderful plugin otherwise.
