Re: Share your settings and process flow
Why don’t you do all the processing in Avisynth? Avisynth can also run virtualdub filter, that way you don’t have to create all those massive intermediate file.

Re: I know a possible way for mobile support!
This sound more like a remote desktop thing than noise reduction. Maybe you should look more into that field instead.

Feature to show instant color feedback on the curve when mouse over image
I'm doing manual tuning to create my noise profile, one thing I find annoying is that when building the noise curve, I found myself constantly going over every part on the image (drawing square box) to find the right color that can fill in the RGB nodes on the curve. I want something like when my mo...

Re: General profile questions
Hi I just started playing with Neat Image yesterday but I think I can chip in some thought on this. To find out whether it's worth to create a different profiles for all the different ISO/exposure for your camera, the best way is to test it yourself. Do it for like different ISO, and then look at th...

Can Neat Image remove scratches on printed card?
I have printed cards that have a lot of scratch, they are only visible when looking at a particular angle, but when I scanned them, all the scratches became visible. Can Neat Image remove them?

Re: Preview frames in the gui not showing correctly when entered from the beginning of the clip
I'm talking about the display of the frames in the gui. When I enter the gui on the first frame, I should be seeing that same frame as it, and on the previewed frames on the bottom, there should not be any frame on the left side of the centered (current) frame because there is no previous frames.

Re: Speed in Virtualdub dropped 1/3 of benchmark speed
You're right, changing temporal filter quality to "normal" the speed jumps to 36.7 fps.

Re: Speed in Virtualdub dropped 1/3 of benchmark speed
My video is also 1920x1080, bitdepth is 8, temporal radius is 2.
I ran the optimize test, best speed is 22 fps. But I don't know why the speed is so far off from the neatbench5's default test.

Re: Speed in Virtualdub dropped 1/3 of benchmark speed
Interestingly when I use the NeatVideo's check speed in virtualdub with the clip loaded, the highest benchmark speed I got is 22 fps, which is not far from 20 fps I'm getting. So the neatbench5 app that I used was kind of like a benchmark on different machines overall rather than a benchmark on actu...

Preview frames in the gui not showing correctly when entered from the beginning of the clip
I'm using Virtualdub2, normally when we enter the gui window from vd, on the bottom of the window, it will have the a list of previous, current and next frames for preview, where the current frame is in the middle. But when I entered the gui from the very beginning of the clip (1st - 6th frame), the...

Speed in Virtualdub dropped 1/3 of benchmark speed
My source video is 1920x1080, when I ran neatbench5, my highest speed is 33.2 fps. But when I do the analysis pass in virtualdub, I am getting 20 fps, that is 1/3 speed drop. Why is there a huge difference?

Re: Loading with avisynth
Just an idea, we can move the “preroll” declaration to the function call instead of at the initial load of the plugin. This way we can have just one plugin load and then we can call it as many times as we want with different settings. LoadVirtualDubPlugin("NeatVideo5.vdf", "NeatVideo5...
