The screen recording doesn't seem to show the process of noise profile building in Neat Video and doesn't show preview inside Neat Video.

Also, please post the Sequence Settings from this project. Perhaps they show something unusual like a poor preview codec.

What is strange in these results is that the CPU shows less than half of its normal speed (normally it should give about 40 frames/sec from the CPU alone). I think Neat Video is not the right tool for this defect in the video.

If the noise is stronger in some areas of the frame and that stronger noise is not reduced sufficiently, then it is a good idea to re-build the noise profile using a sample of noise in that area, so that the stronger noise was uses as a baseline.

Please submit a bug report using this page.
We will check the details of the config, account, product, etc. and see what can be done. There may be no easy solution with such an old version.

Could you clarify why you use the very old version 4.1 and not the latest version?
