Neat Video & Neat Image community

The latest version of Neat Video for VirtualDub (v1.01) can be directly used from AviSynth scripts and there is a section in the user guide that explains how to use it.

I think you are right about the stabilization, if it is done before noise reduction then the temporal filter has more opportunities to reduce noise levels using data from several frames. It is quite possible that Avisynth will be able to use the current version of Neat Video plug-in for VirtualDub. We will look into this and I will post a follow-up here a bit later.

I am not sure about that moire, it may require a different filtration technique. In any case, you are welcome to send us some samples to illustrate the problem. We will check how it looks like and what could be done.
