ok, after a few test round,
I think 10fps can only be archived by overclocking which I don't really like that much,

I should be able to borrow a Tesla C2050 next wednesday to tell the result :p

oops, I never thought the frequency will effect performance significantly,
I haven't bought memory for this machine,
there is just a pair of PC3-10600, 1333MHz,
only 4GB on board now, 2Gx2,

I will redo cpu benchmark later with different memory configuration :X

I tried a few search on board and didn't find enough information talking about choosing a correct card for accelerate NeatVideo processing, for exmaple minimum VRAM requirement for processing 1920x1080 without impact it's performance? how it scale with multiple GPU? does card like NVIDIA Tesla C2050...
