We haven't received hardware-specific reports for quite a long time. The most common cause of hard-freezes with Neat Video as reported by our users is overheating or overclocking in general. So, I would look into that direction in the first place. I do not think the problem is related to X2 or Kings...

You can replace the computer with another one and try to reproduce the freeze. Or replace parts of your current computer and/or change its operational parameters (like cpu, ram, fsb frequency) and see when freezes stop.

I guess the freeze is caused by overheating of the CPU or memory. Please check the temperature during rendering.

That functionality is present in Home and Pro editions, but not in Demo.

I guess you use an older version. Please try the latest one. And also, non-Demo versions should be better too.

Have you saved the noise profile and filter preset to the disk in each instance of Neat Video? Please try that, it should fix the problem.

It is not very clear what exactly you observe. Could you create a small test project that allows to reproduce the effect on another machine? We would open it, render and check what is going on.
