Selecting Area for Profile

Post by RanKep » Fri Oct 10, 2008 11:02 pm

Congratulations on the new version of Neat Image. I have been using it successfully in CS4 and it's very, very quick. Nice build!

My question is about the implementation of a feature I've been wanting to see for a long time.

When selecting an area to profile, it would be nice to move around the image and then click and have the square display where you click.

In all the previous versions, including the current version, you have to drag the box around with you as you examine the image. Kind of like dragging a broken leg around as you walk!

Other than that, very nice noise reduction plug-in for Photoshop.

Thank you for your kind comments and suggestion. I think the plug-in already can do what you are looking for: if you double-click in any area of interest in the image, then the selection box will automatically jump there, without manual dragging.

Thank you once again!
