Neat Video & Neat Image community

Please add a Check for Updates option on the Help menu.

When selected it should:

--- Display the version currently installed
--- Display the version available for download

--- Provide a button to download and save the never version if one is available.

Going online is a tricky issue in the age of firewalls, but we will probably add that in the future versions.
