Neat Video & Neat Image community

Trying to create a profile for my iPhone 4s from the Calibration image. I follow the directions. When I save the profile, it appears that it is being saved, but there is no saved profile in the target directory.

I even changed the directory from Profiles to Desktop and still it doesn't show up.

Running Mac OX X 10.7.2 with NeatImage installed in Adobe Photoshop Elements.

To exclude the possible influence of Elements, please download and install the standalone Neat Image, build the same profile in it and try to save the profile from the standalone. Perhaps it will work this way and that will tell us something about the problem.

Standalone version works fine.

Then it is likely to be something caused by running in Elements. Is it PS Elements bought from Apple Store?
