Video Glitches

Hello,

So I have some problematic video footage. The neat video is doing great when it comes to cleaning up the noise but I also have some digital glitches/ artifacts that appear to have happened during filming and I am trying to figure out if there is a way to use this filter, or one like it, in order to reduce the "digital noise"

I was trying to include an image from my computer, but I do not see a way of doing that. The major problem is essentially little green lines that scatter throughout the video.

That is most likely not regular random noise so Neat Video will not be very effective on that. You may want to try a "median filter" to treat those lines.
