Just want to say how happy I am with Neat. I just finished processing 6 hours of 1080i video and the results are fantastic. I ran it on a MBP i7 retina and FCP X. Of course it took days, but the software was very stable on FCP.
I was sick when I first noticed that the video I shot was so noisy. The presenter was wearing a grey suit on a black stage with black pipe and drape background. It was pretty ugly with the noise.
Neat to the rescue. Now the video looks great. The presenters suit pops against the background and the video is nice and sharp. It exceeded my expectations.
