Is the Lag issue now fixed in version 4 for Sony Vegas?

Not seeing anything regarding the lag option that was present in version 3
for Sony Vegas, So i want to know if this issue is fixed in this new version
of Neat Video 4?

The lag problem was caused by Vegas itself, not by Neat Video. The old API of Vegas (that Neat Video 3 used) was very limited and caused that lag. Neat Video 4 no longer uses that old API so Vegas does not introduce the lag anymore.

Thanks Vlad, that is such good news. I know the issue was with Vegas itself and delighted its no longer an issue..... Just wondering if version 4 is significantly faster than version 3 via CPU alone (not GPU)

The default filter settings have changed in v4 so it now has to do more work by default, that may be equal or even slower than v3 defaults. I recommend to run a direct test to see the difference.
