Performance hit in Final Cut X on OS X El Capitain?

Many 3rd party plugins experience significant performance slow downs in Final Cut on OS X El Capitain. Many have updated (or are updating) to address the issue in El Capitain.
Before I make the jump to El Capitain I want to make sure Neat Video V.4 is not affected. Could anyone confirm that?
(all my other plugins are good to go, or I can live without them, but Neat is essesental).
