Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hey - I've imported a Mp4 file into Premiere Pro and increased the Speed/Duration by 400%, but when I try and build a profile in Neat the frame is black and it won't work. Is this expected or is there a way to run denoiser on time shifted footage?

It is a known issue in Premiere. Please try to use the workaround described in the second item in this page.
