How to install Pro version for Premiere 2020

I just upgraded my Neat Video for Premiere to Neat Video Pro. I'm confused to how to install the upgrade. I did try to install Pro without uninstalling the standard version...but I got an error that it couldn't write to the plugin common directory. Can someone who has successfully done the upgrade let me know the best way to do the install?

The standard way is to fully close Premiere and then run the installer of the Pro plug-in.
If closing Premiere doesn't help still, then please restart OS (Windows or MacOS) first and then run the installer of the Pro plug-in.

Thank you. NeatVideo Pro 5.2.2 installed with no problem.
