NeatVideo asking for license info, but neatclient.lic is installed already

Hi I have the neatclient.lic installed in
C:\Users\useraccount\AppData\Roaming\NeatVideo5 OFX 64\RLM\neatclient.lic
But when I run Nuke and try to use neatvideo, it will ask for the license information in a dialogue (Wants lic serial, company name and user)
Is there any other place I should be putting the neatclient.lic so that apps like Nuke will be able to take care of licensing by itself.
