Using home version on two computers

Okay, I purchased the home version of Neat video and I see that when registering it, it says I have one "copy" I have both my laptop and desktop that I'd like to use the software with, but I'm not sure if I install it on one if I'd also be able to use it on the other.

So my question: does having "1 copy" mean I can only use it on one computer? Or would I be able to use Neat on both my laptop and desktop with just the "1 copy"

Thanks in advance for any help!

According to the license agreement of each of Neat Video products, a single-user license allows you to install and use the purchased version of Neat Video on two computers provided you are only *running* it on one of them at a time, i.e., not simultaneously on two.

If you need to run the product on two computers simultaneously then you need a two-user license or two single-user licenses.

Thank you,
Vlad
