Neat Video & Neat Image community

I am using Video Enhancer (essentially a frontend for Virtualdub with super resolution) to clean up some video files . Some of my files have more noise than MSU can fix, so I'm trying to see if Neat Video is the answer. I downloaded and installed what I assume is the demo via a link in VE, but can't get the plugin to configure and work.

When I click configure, nothing happens. It does nothing no matter how many times I click it or how long I wait. Checking adaptive filtration results in no change. I'm not sure what I need to do to get it to work.



I know I'm going to need to pro version, I'd just like to see it do something before I buy it.

It looks like you are running an older version of the plug-in.

Please download the latest one from Neat Video website.

If you cannot make it work in Video Enhancer, please try to run it in VirtualDub and try to follow this quick start guide.
