Is an upgrade offered from home to Pro

I purchased the home version of Neat Video about a month ago and I'm already coming up against some HD files. Do I have to purchase the pro
version completely, or is an upgrade price offered.

Yes, upgrades from Home to Pro plug-in are available. You only pay the difference.
