Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi - I use both FCP and AE to finalize and "online" my video - depending on the specific need for the shot and the project, so it's possible that I'd need to use Neat Video in either program, perhaps both in a given project. Would I need to buy one license for each FCP and AE, effectively two purchases of Neat Video in order to do this?
