Projector screen visible

I have posted on this once before, maybe there is a solution now.
Months have gone by, but, I'm still trying to clean up 8mm film "screen artifact" post transfer some years ago.
I have tried logo removers with no success.
The 8mm film is toast.
Here is a little sample I have uploaded to youtube. The screen is visible as several horizontal lines, plus what at first seems to be a general "haze"
