Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi! I have recently made a change from vegas pro to premiere CS5 (I mostly edit DSLR footage which the last premiere is improved for) and a few months ago I purchased a liscence for Neat Video but for Vegas Pro. Is There any way to switch the liscence for premiere or something like that? I'm a Freelance videographer/editor here in Argentina and it is really an importante amount of money if i had to purchase the liscence again...
