Home VS Pro?

I am editing my first feature film, shot in SD on a DVX100A. Some of the shots are a bit underlit, generally because of the circumstances (abandoned house using only given light, for example). They're not underlit to the point of it being difficult to see, I certainly wouldn't even bother shooting that way, but to the point where there is noise and grain in some or all parts of the frame.

Which should I choose? I have cut the entire project in Final Cut Pro, and because I use 5, I just picked up Final Cut Express just to render the NeatVideo cleanup shots with and export BACK to the original scenes. So, which would be better for this purpose?

Home is for SD and smaller resolutions. Pro is for anything larger than SD. Please see the featuremap.

Thank you,
