neat video 2.2 too much blur

Hello, sorry for my bad english
I have neat video 2.2 pro. but i think don't export in 1920x1080i. the result is whit too much blur. is normal?

note: i have the vegas version pro

again...
the problem is i have too much scenes. 4 diferents in 4 layers. but the results is whit too much blur.

no, because i think make one mistake. neat video 2.22 have support for 1920x1080i?? hd
